Her marketing background gives her an edge when it comes to selling a home. Marnie knows how to go above and beyond traditonal real estate marketing to provide visibility and appeal for the homes she lists. 

A smal town Massachusetts native, Marnie has lived in Boston, MA and Bangor, Maine. Marnie aproaches the real estate markets in central and mid-coast Maine with a unique advantge: an in‐depth knowledge of local communities complimented by a sensitve understanding off the needs of clients who come “from away.”
 
Marnie is a graduate of Bentley University with a B.S. in Business Management. A self‐proclaimed “foodie”, Marnie also graduated from the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts where she received a “Professional Chef’s Certificate.” Marnie lives and works in Auburn with her husband Brian (DuBois Realty Group Co‐owner) and three beautiful children.




For Brian, co-owner of DuBois Realty Group, setting down roots and building commmunity is both his passion and his life's work.  He's quick with numbers, long on patience and extremely comfortable with budgets and balance sheets. Brian helps his clients understand the details, dollars and cents of buying or selling a home in ways that make sense.  It's a quality that sets his clients at ease and sets Brian apart from other Realtors.

Leadership and strong negotiating skills come naturally to Brian and it's these skills that were honed during his 17 year tenure as an Associate and Executive Director at 3 different YMCAs in Massachusetts and Maine. Born and raised in Auburn, ME, Brian is thrilled to be raising his three children there. Brian is an active member of the Androscoggin Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Club, Auburn Business Association, Androscoggin Valley Board of Realtors and is an avid volunteer with several origanizations including the coaching for the Auburn/Lewiston YMCA and St. Phillips Church.


Brian is also a graduate of Bentley University with a B.S. in Business Managment and pitched for the school's baseball team. Along with his athletic background Brian also has a natural ability to coach. Not just for his beloved little league and youth basketball leagues but Brian coaches his clients helping them acheive their real estate goals guiding them through challenging real estate transitions.
